Killeavy played Keady B team on Sunday evening in Craobh Rua Camlough on Sunday evening in the Junior Championship. The first half was pretty tight, but two soft goals conceded meant that any advantage Killeavy could gain from the accurate stickwork of Conor Hannaway was nullified. The teams ended up level at 2-4 to 1-7 at the break.The second half was pretty poor from a killeavy point of view, a fine goal from Mickey McAvoy, the only real highlight. A bad injury late on to Darren O'Hanlon meant the encounter ended on a really bad not for Killeavy. Conor Hannaway was really the only standout performer on the night, scoring 1-6.
